Why doesn't Chongqing develop Xipeng?

First, the traffic is inconvenient. Jiangjin Riverside New City, Shuang Fu and Bishan are all connected by rail transit, which is convenient for people to travel. Xipeng only has two bus lines, the special line to Maoyangou and No.297, to enter the main city, and it takes several hours to enter the city. Science Avenue is only built to Baffo Town, High-tech Zone, and the track line 19 is still a long-term plan. It is difficult to improve the backward traffic in a short time, which is the biggest obstacle to the development of Xipeng.

Second, business is sluggish. Because of the inconvenient transportation and the poor flow of people and logistics, Xipeng lacks a large-scale commercial comprehensive center, which has a weak adsorption capacity for migrants, forming a vicious circle and affecting urban development.

Third, the medical conditions are poor. There are only two secondary hospitals in Xipeng, namely Sinopharm Southwest Aluminum Hospital and Jiulongpo Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and there is no tertiary hospital. Especially in Jiulongpo Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, the buildings are aging and the hardware conditions are poor, which can not meet the medical needs of the masses. There is an urgent need to build a third-class first-class hospital within the jurisdiction to radiate Xipeng, Tao Jia and Tongguanyi towns.

Fourth, the living environment is poor. There are many old communities in Xipeng, and the residential area is close to the industrial park, especially the development zone and Xipeng bus station, which seriously affects the city appearance and people's life. There are no decent downtown and parks in the town, which is far from the requirement of creating a livable place with high quality of life.
