System management system

1. SOB management: establish and manage SOB. You can manage multiple account sets of budget units, and each account set can manage data for many years.

2. User management: set the system operation user and user password; Set the user's permission by budget unit (A/C set), function and account.

3. Data management: backup data, recovery data, data consistency maintenance and import and export of various data in the account suite.

4. Log management: automatically record the details of user login, departure and operation.

Central management system

The central management system is mainly used for the entry and query of unified account sets, which can realize the total amount query of accounts of all budget units and various functional operations required by front desk cashiers, and provide the function of generating vouchers for loan slips and bills, greatly reducing the repetitive work of financial personnel and improving work efficiency.

1. Create Code: create codes of current company, budget company and other companies, and create budget company SOB.

2. Setting accounting parameters: setting currency, settlement method, unified management of account sets, the corresponding relationship between unified management of account sets and budget unit account sets, and account usage rights.

3. Indicator management: classify indicator types according to indicator sources, including indicator registration, initial indicator account, entry of indicator account in company account, and query of account company indicator account and general ledger of indicator account. The index system is used to supervise and constrain income reimbursement and expenditure reimbursement, and control budget expenditure and budget income.

4. Front desk management: including functions suitable for front desk cashiers, such as loan inquiry management, bank reconciliation, check management, cashier's account, income statement, expense statement, front desk closing, etc. Invoicing is controlled by budget indicators, which can be offset, and can be prompted and warned when accounting income or expenditure.

Accounting processing system

Accounting treatment is the main and core part of account set operation of budget unit. The system includes opening account establishment, initial data entry, daily account processing, month-end closing, carrying forward to the next year and other functions.

1. Create Code: define company, department, employee, project, customer and supplier codes, or create a user-defined accounting project code.

2. Account Correspondence Setting: it is used to set the correspondence between accounts under unified management and budget company account sets. The default account of the same account set type is the same, and can be modified.

3. Set account parameters: set currency, account, voucher type, settlement method and multi-column account, or reset account setting parameters. Among them, a user-defined 6-level supplementary accounting classification can be set for the account.

4. Initial Account: When using the system for the first time, you must enter the initial balance and accumulated amount of the account, and the related balance and amount will be automatically carried forward by the system in the future. After the entry is completed, a balance table is generated to compare the initial account balance relationship.

5. Voucher processing: including voucher entry, modification, approval, cancellation, inquiry and bookkeeping, and cash flow labeling; Provide complete audit and complete sales function; In printing, it provides the functions of white paper printing and voucher overprinting.

6. Account book: rich bank journals and cash book can be queried; Three-column subsidiary ledger, multi-column subsidiary ledger, accounting item subsidiary ledger, quantity subsidiary ledger, etc. ; Account general ledger, accounting general ledger, account balance table, etc. These account books all have the query of accounts and account accounting items, which provide users with forward and reverse queries, and support users to customize account books to facilitate the next query. 7. Final treatment:

Carry-forward Balance: at the end of the period, the balance of the income or expenditure account is transferred to the balance account, and the transfer voucher is automatically generated.

Automatic transmission: Automatic transmission is performed according to the transmission settings. Set the withdrawal formula to withdraw money from the account, and the system will automatically generate the transfer voucher.

Closing at the end of the period: the system will automatically check whether there are accounting vouchers and whether the revenue and expenditure accounts have been closed. Vouchers cannot be prepared after closing.

Wage management system

You can set up a separate payroll management account set, set up payroll items for all budget units, and set up corresponding payroll items according to the actual situation of each unit, and the accounting sub-units and individuals who manage the payroll in the settlement center will pay wages. This system allows users to define salary, salary calculation formula, personal income tax and other items, and realizes the functions of employee salary data entry and calculation. Can quickly complete batch data changes, support bank payment and zero deduction, lump sum payment and other functions. According to salary data, the system generates employee salary and personal salary output. Query, statistics and summary of salary data. Fixed assets management system

4.
