Hotel scale of Guangzhou Building

Guangzhou Building is the reception base of Guangzhou Municipal Government and a member hotel of Guangzhou Lingnan Group. It is the first four-star official hotel in China, and the first hotel in Guangzhou to pass two international certifications, namely ISO9000 and ISO 14000.

Guangzhou Building has 36 floors and a building area of 60,000 square meters. Located in the political and commercial center of Guangzhou, it is adjacent to Guangzhou Municipal Government in the west, Guangdong Provincial Government in the north, Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Nanyue Palace Museum in the south. It is the official hotel in the center of Guangzhou.

Guangzhou Mansion has nearly 465 guest rooms, more than 60 office buildings, 3 high-standard large-scale multi-function halls and more than 10 small and medium-sized conference rooms, and has its own Chinese and western restaurants. There are business centers, shopping malls, lobby bars, swimming pools, gyms and large indoor and outdoor parking lots.
