Which industries is ODI filing suitable for?

ODI filing is mainly the license that China mainland enterprises need to apply for to invest in China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or foreign regions to set up new subsidiaries, offices, factories, mergers and acquisitions, shareholding companies, etc. It is mainly applicable to cross-border e-commerce enterprises, cross-border trading companies and overseas listed companies. It is forbidden for domestic main industries and overseas companies to be real estate, cinemas, entertainment, sports clubs, finance, gambling, pornography and national core technologies and products.
