3, lighting system detection (illuminance and power).

In addition, hotels, shopping malls and other projects with central air conditioning need to test the air conditioning system. Projects in the main city generally need to test air, water quality and ready-mixed mortar.

As far as Chongqing is concerned, green buildings can be divided into three grades: one-star green buildings (silver grade), two-star green buildings (gold grade) and three-star green buildings (platinum grade). Which standard is the project? You just need to look at the green building part of the drawing. The higher the grade, the more parameters need to be detected. One-star green building is a compulsory standard in Chongqing, and the test report constitutes a part of the energy-saving acceptance data of the project.

In addition, the detection of green buildings is not based on area, but on functional rooms, so the projects are different and the schemes are different. Only by thoroughly understanding the testing standards of green buildings can we formulate a cost-effective testing scheme and effectively reduce costs.
