It is said that Wangbeilou is also the location of Shili Wharf. However, regarding the Wangbei Building, the one mentioned most by the old Shenyang people is also the one near Hengjie.

At present, among the place names in Shenyang, the only place name that is expected to have the word "North Building" is "West Lane of Wangbei Building in Ling Wen Street". There are many trees on it, and mulberry is the most important. When you climb to the top of the mountain and look north, the Phoenix Tower in the city will be named Wangbei Tower if it is now. " In the Qing Dynasty, "commercial goods disembarked from Yingkou, loaded into Hunhe River, landed at Wangbei Building, and then transported into the city by carriage, which was the most prosperous water terminal in Shengjing. Wangbei Lougang Site is located on the north side of Hunhe levee at the end of Hao San Street in Heping District, Shenyang.
