There are many foreigners and bars in West Street, which is very distinctive. It's best to stay in Yangshuo at night, and bargain with the local people, which can be cut to 80-90/ person. The accommodation conditions are good, so forget about Guilin.

Return to Guilin the next morning and take a boat trip to Lijiang River, 65 yuan/person; Then swim across the rock ~ 80/ person, student ticket 40/ person. Go to Yaoshan Park if you still have time, 95/ person. You must go to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street in the evening. It is very lively and worth visiting.
