Refrigerated trucks can provide the best temperature conditions for vegetable transportation, thus greatly improving the quality of vegetable transportation. The refrigeration capacity of general refrigerated trucks is designed to ensure the refrigeration during the transportation of vegetables. Therefore, vegetables should be precooled at the place of origin before being transported by refrigerated trucks.
