Does the central air conditioning heating in serviced apartments consume electricity?

Central air-conditioning saves more than half of electricity in home decoration compared with ordinary air-conditioning, but it is nearly twice as expensive as coal-fired or oil-fired HVAC systems, depending on the thermal insulation performance and structure of apartment buildings. If the insulation layer is thick and the building structure is square, it will be very energy-saving. If the insulation of the building is very general, or even absent, or it is a "paper building" with a large external area, few closed rooms and no sunshine, then the energy consumption will be high and the power consumption will be high.
