How to install electronic induction lock

I. System configuration requirements

◆ Desktop personal computer or notebook computer above 586.

◆ Microsoft Windows ME/NT+SP6/2000/XP operating system.

◆ Optical drive and mouse

◆CPU frequency is above 200MHz, and Intel Pentium 4 processor is recommended.

◆ At least one USB port.

◆ At least 32 megabytes of memory.

◆ At least 100 trillion available hard disk space.

Second, the installation of the driver of the card issuing machine.

3. Click "Cancel" button to exit the program installation of intelligent door lock management system. If the installation continues, click "Next" button. The installation path selection dialog box as shown in the following figure pops up.

4. In order to prevent the computer's operating system from malfunctioning, it is recommended to select "Install on D: Disk". You can also keep it the same. Click "Next" to enter the "Start preparing for installation window, as shown in figure 1-9".

5. Click "Next" in the "Start Preparing for Installation Window", and the system will start to install the door lock system file (as shown in the following figure: Install the door lock system file window).

6. After installing the door lock system and database files, the system prompts to complete the "Installation completion window as shown in figure 1- 12". Click "Finish" to complete the installation of intelligent door lock management system.

Chapter II System Login and Background Operation

First, the first landing

Registered software

1. When logging into the system for the first time, the system will automatically pop up the system login window as shown in Figure 2-2, with the original password of 888.

When you can't remember the password or the password has been maliciously modified by others, the hotel manager can tell the supplier the serial number of the recovered password, and the supplier will help to retrieve the modified password.

4. Please provide the supplier with the "Customer Code" in the system registration window. The supplier will provide you with the software promotion number immediately. Then you enter the software promotion number provided by the supplier into the "registration number" column, and click the "register" button after you enter it correctly. If you enter the correct registration code, the system will prompt you to register successfully immediately.

(1) Log in to the system again:

1. After double-clicking the desktop door lock card issuing icon, as shown in Figure 2-2, the system logs in.

3. Enter the correct user name and password and enter the following format:

Second, the system settings

(1) parameter setting

1. Click System Settings and select Parameter Settings to open the parameter settings window, as shown in Figure 2-4.

Anti-lock: After selecting the anti-lock function before issuing the guest card, the issued guest card cannot be unlocked. Otherwise, it can be unlocked. It is recommended not to choose.

Alarm: Before issuing the card, after selecting the alarm function, the door lock will check whether the door lock is closed after opening the card, and if it is not closed, there will be a prompt sound. If the alarm function is not selected, there is no prompt tone. Recommended use.

4. Check-in and check-out time settings:

Setting of check-in start time: guests who come before the check-in start time will stay for one day and check out on the same day; Check out the next day after the start time. Set to check out at 00:00:00 the next day.

Check-out time: the end time after a full day's stay.

For example, the check-in start time is set to 6: 00: 00.

Check-out time: 12: 00: 00.

If it is 5: 59 on June 65438+1 October 1 2008, and a guest stays in our store for one day, then the end time of giving the guest a day is 65438+1October 12: 00.

If it is 6: 00 on June 65438+1 October 1 2008, and a guest stays in our store for one day, then the end time of giving the guest a day is 65438+20081October 2 +02: 00, instead of 65438+/.

(2) Room information settings

1. Add room information

Click "System Settings" and select "Room Settings" to open the "Room Settings Window, as shown in Figure 2-7".

Add room number: for example, the room number to be added is 10 1.

After selecting the room type

Click on the "add room number" button, prompting to add success information. After confirmation, you can see the added rooms in the room list on the right side of the dialog box.

Delete Room Number: Click the room number in the room list, and then click Delete Room Number.

Close: after the room number is added, it will be automatically saved and closed directly.
