The list of exhibitors for the 2014 Kunming Autumn Real Estate Fair was released today. As of now, ***80 properties have participated in the exhibition. Among them, Kunming and surrounding areas are the main ones, with 9 exhibiting properties within the second ring road, 13 properties from the second to third ring roads, 23 properties around the third ring road, and 16 properties in the suburbs. Among the 15 prefecture-level properties participating in the exhibition, Dali ranked first with 7 properties, followed by Xishuangbanna and Yuxi with 3 properties each. In addition, there are also overseas properties from Thailand, Singapore and Australia participating in the exhibition.

Junfa Real Estate participated in the exhibition with 9 properties including Binjiang Junyuan, Junfa City, Jiuxia Yunshui, and Shengtang City. It is still the real estate company with the most properties participating in this year’s Autumn Fair. . Real estate companies such as Yinhai, Guangji, and Classic also had multiple properties participating in the exhibition. In terms of domestic first-tier real estate companies, China Merchants, Poly, and Vanke are still absent from the real estate fair, and Longfor is not on the list of exhibitors. Only Gemdale, Wanda, Country Garden, etc. will appear, and they will mainly participate in prefecture-level projects.

According to statistics from Phoenix Real Estate, the Kunming Autumn Fair in 2013 set a record of 163 projects participating in the fair. However, this year the number of 80 participating properties dropped by more than 50% compared to last year. There were more than 50 participating real estate companies. It is close to the lowest value for autumn trade in previous years. At this housing fair, more than 35 properties had all five certificates and were ready for sale. For these properties, 700 units will be launched at special discounts to facilitate transactions.

Industry insiders analyze that in recent years, the number of transactions at real estate fairs has dropped significantly, and the display function has far exceeded sales. When the market is generally cold, promoting sales with discounts is a common choice for real estate companies. It is also an opportunity for consumers to understand the market intensively. Whether these offers can actually be converted into transactions remains to be seen.
