A short application form for hotel front desk regularization
Dear leader:
Hello!
I am xxx, and I work as a front desk in a hotel. It has been exactly three months since I started working, that is, I have passed the probation period. According to me Judging from my personal work performance in the past three months, I think I can become a formal employee, so I hereby apply for full-time employment, hoping that the leader will agree.
For me, who first arrived at the hotel, I thought that the job at the front desk of the hotel was very easy. I only needed to receive the customers who came to stay every day, and then handle the check-in procedures for them according to their requirements. That's it. But after working for a few days, I realized it was not that easy. The staff at the hotel's front desk are the first people visitors come into contact with and the first impression of the hotel. Therefore, the staff here are equivalent to the hotel's appearance and image. In other words, the impression you give to customers is relevant. As a result, customers have a good impression of the hotel, so they also need to learn the job at the hotel front desk.
Through the three months of study and intentional training during the probation period, I have been able to meet the hotel's requirements for front desk staff in all aspects. In terms of reception, I can maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards any guest who comes to stay. I can answer some questions of the guests in an orderly manner. Even if something unexpected happens, I can always remind myself not to panic and still not panic. Solve guests' problems promptly. In terms of image, I also pay attention to my own image issues on a daily basis. I always keep in mind the idea that my image and the image of the hotel are combined. I cannot relax about my own image issues, and I also actively participate in them. The hotel provides training on image issues and strictly requires you to sit, stand and walk to improve your energy and image.
During the three-month trial period, I also felt that the atmosphere of working in the hotel was relaxed and fulfilling. The positive, relaxed and pleasant working atmosphere in the hotel gives me more enthusiasm for work, and it also makes me work harder to do my job well, better improve my professional abilities, and promote myself and The simultaneous development of the hotel.
Now that the probation period has passed, I think my performance in these three months has been pretty good. Of course, whether it is really good or not needs to be judged by the leader. I hope the leader can see it. Based on my efforts and work performance during these three months, my application for regularization can be approved based on my performance. After I become a full-time employee, I will definitely work harder, improve my work skills, and contribute to the development of the hotel.
Sincerely,
Salute!
