What are the procedures for selling cigarettes in the hotel?

The hotel needs the following procedures to sell cigarettes:

New application form for tobacco monopoly license1;

2. Certificate of establishment of the enterprise, in which the enterprise that produces and deals in tobacco products shall submit the documents approved by the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau;

3, the legal representative's documents and identity certificate;

4. Copy of industrial and commercial business license or notice of pre-approval of enterprise name;

5. Other materials required by the examination and approval authority.

Grass card processing requires the following conditions:

1. It has funds suitable for the retail business of tobacco products;

2. Having a fixed business place independent of the domicile;

3, in line with the requirements of the reasonable layout of local tobacco products retail outlets;

4, other conditions stipulated by the administrative department of tobacco monopoly in the State Council.

The processing flow of tobacco license is as follows:

1. The applicant submits the application materials to the accepting authority;

2. After receiving the application materials submitted by the applicant, the accepting organ shall examine whether the application matters need examination and approval, whether the application materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, and consider that the application matters belong to the statutory scope of functions and powers, the application materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, or the contents are complete and conform to the statutory form after being corrected on the spot and within a time limit, it shall decide to accept and issue an acceptance certificate to serve the applicant, otherwise, it shall decide not to accept and issue a rejection certificate to serve the applicant;

3. The accepting authority shall submit the examination opinions and all application materials to the examination and approval authority within 4 working days. To sum up, an application for a license for a tobacco monopoly production enterprise shall be submitted to the provincial tobacco monopoly administrative department of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where it is located, and the provincial tobacco monopoly administrative department shall review and sign an opinion and report it to the the State Council tobacco monopoly administrative department for examination and approval.

To obtain a license for a tobacco monopoly wholesale enterprise, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Having funds suitable for the wholesale business of tobacco products;

(2) Having a fixed business place and necessary professionals;

(3) Conforming to the requirements of rational distribution of tobacco monopoly and wholesale enterprises;

(four) other conditions stipulated by the administrative department of tobacco monopoly in the State Council.

Article 9

To obtain a tobacco monopoly retail license, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Having funds suitable for the retail business of tobacco products;

(2) Having a fixed business place;

(3) Conforming to the requirements for the rational distribution of retail outlets of tobacco products;

(four) other conditions stipulated by the administrative department of tobacco monopoly in the State Council.
