1. Multi-storey building: First-class and second-class fire-resistant building, with staircase spacing not more than 40m; third-class fire-resistant building, with staircase spacing not more than 35m. The distance between the rooms located on both sides or at the end of the bag-like walkway and the stairs should not be greater than 22 meters for the first-and second-class fire-resistant buildings and 20 meters for the third-class fire-resistant buildings.

2. High-rise building: the distance between stairs should not be greater than 30m, and the distance between rooms located at both sides or at the end of bag-like walkways and stairs should not be greater than15m.
