1. After arriving at the isolation hotel.

1. Wear a mask and get off in turn; When there are many people, you should follow the arrangement and get off in batches.

2. Personal luggage should be placed in the designated disinfection area, and cooperate with the hotel to disinfect the luggage surface, conduct security check and monitor the body temperature.

3. When entering the front desk, please wait for check-in in order and truthfully fill in personal information, epidemiological questionnaire, etc. , and receive room cards, accommodation instructions, dining instructions, hotel tips, etc.

4. Cooperate with epidemic prevention personnel to do epidemiological investigation, truthfully declare the activity track, understand the purpose of centralized isolation medical observation, be familiar with isolation requirements and precautions, keep the contact information of staff in time, and join the hotel-related information exchange group.

When you need to take the elevator, please take it one by one. Keep quiet in the elevator and don't take off your mask.

Second, after entering the room

Close the door in time and open the window for ventilation. Don't take off your mask in a hurry, clean up your house first;

1. Wipe off the disinfectant remaining on the outer surface of luggage and put on clean clothes and shoes. Keep the outer shoes, suitcases and items that need cleaning away from the bed and dining area.

2. Check whether the telephone, TV, network connection and other facilities and equipment in the room are normal and whether there are enough garbage bags in the room.

3. Wet the towel with disinfectant wipes or disinfectant containing 250-500mg/L effective chlorine, and wipe all kinds of indoor electrical switch buttons, remote controllers, telephone surfaces, door and window handles, bedside tables, toilets and faucet switches, and then wipe them with clean water after 30 minutes.

Note: After cleaning up the house, take off your mask and wash your hands thoroughly with hand sanitizer under running water in time.

4. After settling down, communicate with hotel staff by telephone, WeChat, etc. Understand the ordering process and prepare for the order in advance.

5. During the isolation period, cooperate with the staff for nucleic acid detection and sampling, body temperature and other symptoms monitoring. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and taste, abdominal pain, headache, vomiting, etc., you should report to the staff in time.

6. During the check-in, you don't need to wear a mask in the room, but when staff enter, you should wear a mask in time and keep the distance above 1 meter.

7. In order to maintain good indoor air quality, please open the window for ventilation more than 2 times a day, and each time the window is opened for more than 20 minutes.

8. Wash personal clothes regularly, tidy the room and keep the room clean. The garbage generated in the room should be cleaned up by yourself. Before throwing garbage, tie the knot with gooseneck rope, tie the bag mouth tightly, pack the garbage regularly according to the requirements of the hotel and put it in the designated location.

9. Wash your hands before and after meals, after loading garbage, after unpacking foreign goods and after sneezing.

After 14 days of centralized isolation medical observation, qualified personnel who can be released from centralized isolation can leave the hotel under the guidance of the staff.
