When the house was closed, the overall situation was satisfactory. However, the combination of dark floor and yellow door is still a bit complicated ... especially the position next to the restaurant is made into a shoe cabinet. I wonder what the designer thought at that time? Then the socket position of the room is right behind the bed, and the water level of the balcony stays at the exit of the living room, which is a headache!

1, function planning, style positioning, budget planning

1), function planning

In the design process, we should be clear about each of our own space needs, so that the planning can be more targeted. Our family is generally a family of three, so one room facing south is the master bedroom and the other is the son's room. In addition, we need to reserve a separate study room for our son, hoping that he can have his own independent study space, and our family of three can also read books in this room. The other second bedroom is a separate room, and sometimes relatives or old people come to live. Considering that the developer has reserved a shoe cabinet in the restaurant (I am also drunk at this point ...), the shoe cabinet is reserved at the entrance of the elevator hall.

2), style positioning

Personally, I like the modern simple and luxurious style, because the overall quality can be improved on the basis of the previous house.

3), hardcover room demolition.

I've been trying to dismantle some developers' configurations and redo them. Later, I invited a friend who was engaged in fine decoration of real estate to see several neighboring houses. My friends always advise me not to waste money. For example, the floor originally configured by the developer is a 20mm thick hand-scraped thick wood veneer solid wood composite floor. The market price of one square meter is more than 300 yuan, and the quality is not too bad. It's not very cost-effective to replace it with a floor that imitates marble tiles for tens of dollars. Then the doors and windows provided by the developer are YKK system windows, and many neighbors have replaced them with doors and windows of about 300-400 yuan/m2, which is also quite a loss. After careful consideration, it is very troublesome to disassemble hard clothes, and now workers are hard to find, so more efforts should be made on soft clothes to balance them. Finally, after careful consideration and discussion with the design company, we decided:

1, keep the original configuration unchanged;

2. Raise the sideboard and restaurant island;

3. Transform the lower balcony waterway;

4. Adjust the position of the plug-in port through the design of the soft-fitting company;

5, kitchen, bathroom floor seam processing;

6. Increase the position of the shoe cabinet at the entrance of the hall.

4), budget planning

Distribute the expenses of the whole house in proportion, plan the budget in advance, be aware of it, and don't overspend at will, and then discuss with your family in advance to avoid disagreement.

2. Storage system

Hardcover rooms are generally equipped with bathrooms and kitchens, but there is no storage cabinet for the whole house. So this storage cabinet is very important. According to different spaces and daily habits, our family has carried out systematic cabinet design under the guidance of designers.

1) Selection of cabinet materials and colors.

First of all, the materials should be environmentally friendly. I went to several building materials markets and factories, and all kinds of plates dazzled me. What I hear most is solid wood particle board, density board, plywood, integrated board, solid wood board, ecological board and various environmental protection grades. However, this is related to the health of the whole family, and it is still necessary to choose the best raw materials, the first-line brand Bunny, and the eco-board that meets EO environmental standards. Secondly, I have seen many model houses when I bought a house, and I like the ultra-fashionable design combination of glass door+texture panel+leather partition. I solemnly recommend this Tianan skin sensitive film. It is said that this is the material for Dinghao decoration, and it is really a penny for a penny. Finally, according to the designer's plan, the color of the cupboard door is selected, and the lining is made of orange peel and solid wood trouser rack.

2) Cabinet storage system

Entrance: The functional partition has realized the storage of about 50 pairs of shoes for the whole family.

Because the developer didn't reserve enough shoe cabinets in advance, we added a whole wall of porch cabinets here. The left side is for seasonal daily use, which can hold 50 pairs of shoes, and a disinfection and deodorization machine is added in the shoe cabinet. Umbrella, children's skates, tennis rackets, badminton rackets and basketball can be stored on the right. Open-shelf cabinets can be used to store disinfection water, wet paper towels, scattered sundries for daily use, and the upper part can be used to store shoes that are out of season. The cupboard doesn't land directly, and slippers can be placed at the bottom. (The elevator entrance is transformed into a whole wall shoe cabinet)

Guest Restaurant: Combination of Leisure Space

When the children grow up, the living room can finally be kept clean and tidy with a simple TV cabinet. Plus the sideboard space and bar reserved by the original developer, it can basically meet daily use. There is also a place to put your favorite red wine, coffee and tea sets.

Master bedroom cloakroom dressing room:

Fortunately, this hardcover room has a master bedroom cloakroom with a window in the middle for lighting. We put the cabinets against two walls respectively, and then put the dresser in the middle to maximize the use of room space. A cabinet with two walls, one of which is mainly used to store daily clothes; In terms of functional design, I have repeatedly studied Zhou Wei's book "A Small House is Getting Bigger and Bigger", and made it into an open cabinet with a storage basket and a grid layer, and then reserved a cabinet to put the password box. The other cabinet is mainly used to store out-of-season clothes and quilts.

The dresser has good lighting, so it is convenient to buy finished furniture directly. The cabinets on the left and right sides can store some ornaments and collect some cosmetics.

Children Fang wardrobe

When my son grows up, he also has many requirements for wearing clothes, and specially designed the combination of hanging wardrobe and floor cabinet. I bought a lot of storage boxes in multi-storey cabinets, which can arrange clothes so that children can tidy up by themselves.

Study bookcase

Children usually use the study more, so the whole bookcase is designed according to the way of open bookcase and collection cabinet. Summing up the experience of the last house, the bookcase is too high to hold books. The height of the bookcase is designed according to 250mm, 280mm and 320mm respectively, and some heights are selected to meet the needs of special display or book display.

3, color and material collocation

1), background part-wallpaper, curtain color and material.

Wallpapers and curtains are equivalent to the background of a home. Considering the dark color of the floor, the door is a little yellow. When communicating with designers, I hope our family can improve the brightness through the background. The living room and study are light gray, and the master bedroom is a light gray wall covering with some three-dimensional texture lines, which is matched with dark gray shading curtains with a little luster. The wall color of the second bedroom echoes the living room and study. The son's room is matched with white and blue striped wall covering, and the curtains are spliced with wavy stripes of khaki and bright yellow, which makes the child's room more energetic and bright. The study also chose the original two-color texture curtains, which are warmer in color.

After all the selection was completed, the design company helped me to make such an overall combination of material samples. The overall color matching effect was more intuitive and the effect after climbing the wall was beautiful.

2) Furniture-brand, style and materials

According to the overall positioning of our family, when choosing furniture, we mainly choose leather and marble, and there are many furniture brands on the market. Finally, I chose "Van Luxury", which is a brand that focuses on originality and the unbounded concepts of China and the West. It is said that their family focuses on the high-end designer market. After reading the leather samples and cloth samples, there are some pictures of styles. In the living room, I chose the combination of elegant main sofa and comfortable leisure chair, and coffee table with edges and corners. The dining room has white marble countertops and solid wood legs. Chair is my favorite saddle leather chair. The bedroom also chose some luxurious furniture. The overall matching of curtains is quite satisfactory, and I feel very anxious to live in it.

3), lamps and lanterns-sense of design, light source design

I like some creative modeling lamps, and then I like to have some rich light source combinations at home, so I chose some combinations of main lamps and table lamps, floor lamps and wall lamps in different spaces.

5. Function conversion (balcony)

The only hard outfit that has been adjusted in this house is the balcony. The developer may have left the faucet and water on the west side of the balcony, which just blocked a sliding door in the living room and seriously affected the line of sight. So the whole pipeline and line were moved to the east side, and an integral cabinet was designed.

Although the hardcover room is said to have completed the hard part and only need to adjust the soft part, there are also many trivial things. I'm glad I chose to cooperate with a professional company. One-stop service in the whole process, including measurement, scheme design, soft installation and one-stop installation. Basically, I negotiated the plan and price, and then gave them the key.
