I just returned to Chengdu from Tiantai Mountain and Pingle Ancient Town in Qionglai yesterday. Give LZ the following suggestions:

Pingle ancient town 1:

Traffic from Wenjiang Bus Station to Wen Qiong Expressway to Qionglai Bus Station (20 yuan/person, Wenjiang doesn't know, it should be less). At Qionglai Bus Station, take the Changan van with the coordinates of "Pingle" and "Jiaguan" to Pingle Ancient Town (4.5 yuan/person). It is recommended to live in Da Qiao Street, Guzhen Town, which is located at the big bridge head in the center of Guzhen Town. The transportation is convenient and it is safe at night (there are many farmhouses across the river, but it is not safe to go back to the inn at night). On the right side of the street is Pingsha Luo Yan Beer Plaza and Bar Area, and on the left is the blacksmith shop and elopement pier. There are Big Banyan Tree Inn and Da Qiao Street Inn (No.52 Da Qiao Street). I stayed in 60 yuan/a room when I went, and probably 80 yuan/a room at the weekend. I have to bargain.

It is highly recommended that Shuanggu Hotel, the first self-employed shop in the town, opened on 1979, and the cold and spicy chicken pieces mixed by the old mother are delicious. Every time I go to Pingle, it is a must-eat item.

Just kidding, because you can't play with water in summer, I recommend you to go to Luhai Zhugou to see the ruins of the paper mill in the Han Dynasty, and the "Wang Family Courtyard" in the "Tiangong Garden" on the edge of town (ask the locals, it's less than 1 km from town, but within walking distance). The old house of the Republic of China is gorgeous, with tickets 10 yuan. The recent Sanda ballad in Li Boqing is there.

2. Tiantai Mountain:

There is no through train from Pingle Ancient Town to Tiantai Mountain, but it is not recommended to take a bus back to Qionglai, which is a detour. Intercept the "Qionglai-Jiaguan" passing van at the entrance of Pingle Ancient Town. It runs every few minutes. 4.5 yuan/person takes a seat in Jiaguan Town, then transfers to Tiantai Mountain direct van (10 yuan/person) and arrives at Tiantai Mountain Tourist Center.

Buy tickets at the tourist center (50 yuan/person, before peak season 1 1, after120 yuan/person). After buying the ticket, take the electric sightseeing bus up the mountain (to 8 yuan, Shanmen, and 23 yuan, the main rooftop). You have two choices. If the time is short, you can go directly to the main rooftop to stay, and then go down to play the scenic spots the next day. If you have a long time, you can go to the mountain gate like me, and then take the path to the main roof (take time to play 1 day). The scenery will be much better than the expressway.

There are accommodations in the mountains along the way. You can stay on the main roof and the small mill. The standard room of Small Mill Hotel is 60 yuan/Day, and there are also many farmhouses in Le 'an and Yixiantian. Price 50 yuan/day. It's not the peak season, so bargain more.

It's not summer at present, so you don't need to enter the Shilixiang Caogou and Xiushui Triassic with the theme of playing with water. You can go in and see the natural scenery when you have time (10 yuan ticket).

The recommended hiking spot is Xiaojiuzhai Scenic Area Group, which goes upstream along the stream, where there are many wooden trestles, flower stone seas and flower stone forests. In addition, the scenery of Xiangshuitan Waterfall and Hong Fei Waterfall is also very beautiful.

Pingle 1 day, Tiantai Mountain for 2 days, less than 400 for one person, which is very affordable. Have fun!
