The practice of salted shrimp

Salted prawns are prepared as follows:

Exercise 1:

Material preparation: 350g fresh prawn, 4 slices of ginger, half a spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of Shanxi mature vinegar, and salt 1 spoon.

First, clean:

Cut off your head with scissors, remove the dirty things in the shrimp cavity ~ (you can go to a shrimp shop if you have time) and wash it.

Second, cook.

Boil water, add 2 slices of ginger and a spoonful of salt, and boil until it bubbles. Don't boil it completely, pour in the shrimps. Cook for 3-5 minutes, so that the shrimp meat can be taken out slightly.

Third, set the table:

Shred two pieces of ginger, add half a spoonful of soy sauce and two spoonfuls of Shanxi mature vinegar, and set the plate.

Exercise 2:

Ingredients: 600g prawn, a plate of balsamic vinegar, a little shredded ginger, 4 onions, 4 slices of ginger, 3 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of mustard oil.

First, clean:

Wash prawns and cut off whiskers, claws and shrimp lines.

Second, cooked:

Pour into the pot: put some onions, ginger and water, and cover it with fire.

Bring it to a boil and turn it down. Add salt after 3~5 minutes. Drop a little mustard oil and turn off the heat.

Third, set the table:

Mix some ginger vinegar on the table.
