Yulin People's Building covers an area of 76,320 ㎡ (114.48 mu), with a total construction area of 65,294.49 ㎡, including 27 floors above ground with a building height of 98.8 meters and a total construction area of 54,235.35 ㎡.

The building project is a landmark building in Yulin, with novel design, unique inheritance of regional culture and local characteristics, and distinct architectural divisions, which not only embodies the breath of modern culture, but also embodies the long-standing traditional folk customs of the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi. Pieces of forest are built along the mountain, and combined with landscape waterscape treatment and building garden lobby, * * * creates the landscape of Jiangnan beyond the Great Wall. The main building is a high-rise building modeled after Shanghai Jinmao Tower, which embodies the charm of modern culture. The podium is a building resembling the platform in the north of the town, which embodies the local characteristics of Yulin. At the top of the main building is a cylindrical revolving restaurant and sightseeing platform. The upper part of the sightseeing platform looks like a crown. Combining the octagonal main building with the square podium embodies the traditional concept of a circular place. At the center of the crown is a huge crystal diamond and lightning rod, symbolizing the rise of the ancient city Yulin as a bright pearl in Ran Ran. 1 18.8-meter-high main building is a symbol of Yulin's rising energy, chemical and economic power.

Yulin People's Building is an important symbol of Yulin's urban construction. At the same time, it coincides with the three buildings in the courtyard of the municipal party Committee, forming a greening center centered on the central sand dune, and forming local regional functions of the city by transforming the terrain, managing water and greening.
