Finishing process:

On the morning of September 14, I booked a 2-night stay in a 4-star hotel (Kuta-paradiso luxury big bed room) with Ctrip app, and received the news of Ctrip success on the morning of September 10: 37 (order number: 7283709069).

Accident 1: At 3 pm, my wife and I took a taxi from our office (near Windham) (the taxi fare was 30,000 RP) and were told that we had no reservation. I called Ctrip customer service several times and learned that Ctrip agent failed to process the order. During the waiting period, we waited 1 for several hours. Ctrip customer service said that if you change to a hotel of the same quality, you can reimburse me for the taxi fare. Agree with Ctrip's exchange of views and prepare to go to the new hotel "Dynasty Hotel".

Remarks: The original paradiso hotel order was cancelled by Ctrip on my behalf, and the new hotel was paid by my own credit card. Ctrip didn't agree to use their card to book a room for me, saying that I paid in advance and refunded the difference.

Accident 2: I walked to the new hotel and found it was a basement. The quality of this hotel is totally unacceptable. During the period, I brought two suitcases with a total weight of 43 kg.

I communicated with Ctrip, hoping to change it. Ctrip said you couldn't book me another hotel. If you want to stay, you need to book it yourself and promise the hotel to make up the difference. Once again, I agree with Ctrip's proposal to book a hotel by itself.

Accident 3:

During the period when I didn't find the hotel, Ctrip checked out without authorization, and the hotel service staff rushed to the room many times, so I had no choice but to leave. After six and a half hours without a hotel, I finally found a hotel, VIRA Bali Boutique Hotel. It's midnight, 10. I went through the formalities at the front desk and waited for cleaning. It was 22: 30 when I entered the hotel.

Communication Ctrip failed.

Ctrip is unwilling to give compensation, and only provides the price difference of the new hotel.

The application for the following compensation for this problem has not been approved by Ctrip, so I hereby complain and forget the support of relevant departments.

Hotel price difference compensation is 3 109500 RP+ 1393.5 RMB ≈ 2,947.5 RMB, and Ctrip will pay in full.

Compensation for taxi fare ≈ 300 yuan Ctrip will pay in full.

Compensation for international telephone charges: ¥ 98.0 1 yuan Ctrip.
