Xiangfen's latest epidemic prevention policy stipulates:

1. Those who entered (returned) the merger with a history of living in a high-risk area within 7 days: landing nucleic acid, point-to-point transport, implementing 7-day home isolation medical observation measures, assigning red code management during the period, installing electronic fence equipment, and not going out, and conducting nucleic acid detection once on the first, third, fifth and seventh days of home isolation. Do not meet the conditions of home isolation, the implementation of centralized isolation;

2. For those who entered (returned) the merger with a history of living in a low-risk area within 7 days, health monitoring shall be carried out for 3 days. In addition to the "landing inspection", nucleic acid detection shall be carried out twice every 24 hours (3 days and 3 inspections). During this period, people shall avoid taking public transportation and attending gathering activities such as dinners and parties. If the yellow code management is not implemented, it will be transcoded after the nucleic acid detection frequency is completed;

3. For the drivers and passengers of freight cars entering (returning) from outside the province: continue to adhere to the prevention and control measures such as "five days and five inspections" after entering (returning) and point-to-point contactless cargo handover;

4. For close contacts and entry personnel, medical observation measures of "5-day centralized isolation and 3-day home isolation" shall be implemented. During the isolation period, they shall be managed with a red code and not allowed to go out. Nucleic acid detection was carried out on the first, second, third and fifth days of centralized isolation medical observation, and on the first and third days of home isolation medical observation, and centralized isolation was carried out if it did not meet the conditions of home isolation. The medical observation measures of "5-day centralized isolation and 3-day home isolation" have been completed at the first landing point, and there will be no repeated control.

the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the armed forces shall be handled in accordance with this law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the China People's Liberation Army.

Article 7

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels shall undertake the monitoring, prediction, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation report and other prevention and control work of infectious diseases.

medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in the responsible areas. Under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, urban communities and rural grassroots medical institutions shall undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grassroots.
