Hongan Old Street covers an area of more than 80,000 square meters, with a total length of 1000 meters. The steps paved with bluestone slabs are gentle slopes, and you can go straight along the street to Lala Ferry. Traditional residential buildings are mostly diaojiao buildings of Tujia and Miao nationalities, with wooden bucket structure, small blue tile roof, cornices, lattice flower windows and railing corridors, which create uneven changes in solemnity and stability and have an elegant and exquisite beauty.

The most basic feature of diaojiao building is that the main building is built on the ground. In addition to one side leaning on the ground, the other three sides of the wing are supported by pillars and connected to the main building. Diaojiaolou has many advantages. Hanging on the ground is ventilated and dry, which can prevent poisonous snakes and wild animals, and sundries can be placed under the floor. Diaojiaolou also has distinctive national characteristics. Elegant "silk eaves" and wide "walking columns" make the diaojiao building unique.

2. Du Lala

Du Lala, also known as Black Tea Ferry, has a history of nearly a thousand years. For thousands of years, the ferry has carried the border residents of Chongqing, Hunan and Guizhou and businessmen who came to the border city for business and tourism, and made important contributions to the residents' life and local economic development.

This is a unique way of transition. A power line across the great river connects a small town in Hunan and Hong 'an Town in Chongqing. A ship's passengers can be sent to the other side through a wooden stick with a gap, and the wires pass through the two banks without paddling or poles.

From Hong 'an on the west bank of Qingshui River to the opposite border town, there is an iron ring at each end of the awning, and a steel cable passes through the two iron rings and is tied to both sides. During the transition, the boatman sat at the bow, pulling the steel cable with a short wooden stick with a gap, and the boat slowly sailed to the other side. Locals call it "Du Lala".

Hearing the name "three steps high", perhaps, I think it is unusual. Sanbu Guam is located at the intersection of Qingshui River and Hongan River. There is a piece of land surrounded by water, with an area of five or six hundred square meters. Because it used to be deserted and worthless, no one bothered to care. Everyone calls it "Three Steps Guam".

4. The first gate in southeast Chongqing

There is a stone tablet in front of the memorial archway at Xiqiaotou, which was erected when Xiushan belonged to Sichuan.

In front of the stone tablet, the characters "the gateway to southeast Sichuan" are written, and the couplet "Wan Li, the car dealer, boarded Tianfu today and entered Xiushan with the first step" is attached. On the back of the stone tablet, the words "Border Town of Sichuan, Hunan and Guizhou" are written, accompanied by couplets "Miao, Han and Tujia help the great cause, and black tea and a new starting point build a well-off society together".

5. Jiming Pavilion in Three Provinces

Sansheng Pavilion, located on the south side of Hong 'an Town along the Black Tea Bridge in Guzhen, has a small triangular pavilion with the words "Cockcrow Pavilion in Three Provinces" written on it, which means that people in three provinces can hear cock crow here. The vegetation on both sides of the pavilion is lush and green, the river is clear, and there are stone roads leading to the river.

About 500 meters to the south of Jiming Pavilion, an island of about three or four square meters stands in the middle of the river, which is the real geographical position at the junction of Chongqing, Hunan and Guizhou provinces. One huge footprint, three provinces at the foot. It is said that there are more than 40 places at the junction of three provinces in China today, and the uniqueness of this place lies in its unique geographical advantages and cultural background.
