How to ensure the safety of the hotel?

Hotel safety knowledge

First, the drawing behind the guest room door is not drawn in white, but depends on it.

It is understood that more than half of the guests will not pay attention to the "escape route map" behind the door when entering the guest room. Generally, it is a drawing printed with a floor plan, clearly indicating the location and room number of this room. At the same time, there is an arrow (usually red) from the room location along the corridor to the nearest evacuation location-the evacuation stairwell that is usually not used in high-rise hotel buildings, because in case of fire, familiar elevators cannot be used unless there is a special sign.

Escape route map is essential in guest room design. It is inconspicuous and only works at critical moments. In case of fire and other accidents, people who are familiar with it will find a way out more easily and quickly. In an emergency, people often can't calm down and have no time to look at pictures. If the interior space is simple, it is easy to find the stairs, otherwise it will be passive. So it is necessary to look at this picture at the first moment of staying in the hotel.

Second, pay attention to the green signs on the doors and under the walls.

There is also a device that can help people at critical moments. It is some green rectangular signs with running mode. When there is a fire, in order to avoid a bigger accident, the electricity consumption in normal lighting will be cut off, and these green signs connected with emergency lighting will be extremely bright. According to their guidelines, you can find the exit through the most convenient route, whether in the corridor, restaurant or conference room. In a big room in a public office, this sign is usually above the door, indicating going out from here; In the corridor, it is usually under the wall, because in case of fire, toxic gas is on it, so people should bend over or crawl forward, and the sign is set at a height of tens of centimeters from the ground, which is just convenient to see.

Third, the opening direction of the evacuation door is particular.

In hotel buildings that meet the requirements of the code, the maximum distance between the room door and the external exit or stairwell will be controlled within a certain range, such as high-rise hotel buildings (height greater than 24 meters), and the maximum distance between the room door and the nearest stairwell is 30 meters (room between two safety exits) and 15 meters (room at both sides or at the end of bag-like corridor). The door on the way to evacuation and the door on the stairwell are the directions for escape and evacuation. As long as you apply force outward, you can easily open it without wasting time

There are doors for evacuation, which are well designed. It adds a special hardware, which can be easily opened by pushing or hitting any part of the body, avoiding the trouble of looking for handrails in a hurry.
