Legal provisions on hotel cleaning costs

Legal analysis: there is no standard. The hotel's service supplies are consumer-oriented. Consumers who maliciously damage or dirty the articles in the guest room shall pay the price for their actions and compensate the corresponding losses.

However, if the consumer accidentally dirties the sheets and towels and can clean them, they should be within the normal cleaning scope of service supplies, and the hotel should not charge extra cleaning fees. I damaged the hotel's things, and the compensation should be paid.

Legal basis: Article 502 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), a contract established according to law shall come into effect upon its establishment, unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreed by the parties.
