What food are you going to eat for hundreds of kilometers?

Guilin pot-stewed hotpot

My friends and I went to Weizhou Island in Guangxi for three days, and then turned to Guilin. In a small street in Guilin, you can eat pot-stewed hot pot. Iron pot hot pot is different from our hot pot here. There is no pepper, the dishes are pickled and then cooked in a small pot. Although there is no pepper, the taste of the small hot pot is quite good and very fragrant.

Yichuan oil sprinkled noodles

My friends and I traveled around the northwest by bus, and it was already evening when we arrived in Yichuan, Shaanxi. After checking into the hotel, ask the waiter where there is food. The waiter told me that there is a "Shaanxi biangbiang Noodle" near the hotel (I can't type those two words, so I use Pinyin instead). Pasta is good, and locals love to go to this noodle restaurant to eat.

My friends and I immediately went to this noodle restaurant for dinner. There are many kinds of pasta sold in noodle restaurants, but the best is oily noodles. Blue and white sea bowls, lasagna and red peppers, just like those in the TV series "White Deer Plain" I watched. The oily noodles I wanted to eat while watching White Deer Plain were satisfied in Yichuan.

Wuyuan glutinous rice seed cake

I traveled to Jiangxi with my friends and stayed in Wuyuan for three nights. I went to a restaurant called Yu Zhen Breakfast and had breakfast for three mornings, which was recommended by our licensed master. Is it delicious or not?

This restaurant has many kinds of snacks. My favorite is glutinous rice seed cake, which I ate for three mornings. Soft and waxy, salty and light.

Nanchang braised white fish

Ten-day tour in Jiangxi, delicious food in a private kitchen called Zhangjiazhai in Nanchang. We found this private kitchen online, and it didn't disappoint us. Not only the dining environment is very good, but also the dishes are good in color, aroma and taste, especially the braised white fish, which comes from Ganjiang, has tender meat, delicious taste and few thorns.

Rice rolls, Guangdong

Rice rolls bears the traditional skills of many Cantonese people and is a traditional snack that has lasted for a long time. I'm really embarrassed to say that I came to Guangdong without trying authentic rice rolls.

Of course, there are other delicacies, such as the seafood in Weizhou Island, the fresh lake in Puzhehei and so on, so I won't list them one by one.
