Dear company leaders and colleagues: Hello everyone! I'm xx from Class xx, and I graduated from xx University with a major in xx. I am honored to stand here and speak on behalf of my new colleague. Thank the company leaders for giving me such an opportunity to express some of my heartfelt wishes as a new employee. I believe that all the new colleagues present here, like me, have been waiting for such a day for a long time! From birth to youth, we have completed the growth of the body; From babbling to graduating from college, we have accumulated knowledge. From ignorance to knowledge, we have completed the transformation of personality, just waiting for the day to go to work! This day is a major turning point in our life trajectory! We have a lot to face after graduating from college and entering a new post. In the brand-new environment, the professional and rigorous work system has replaced the freedom of the university; New colleagues from all over the world have replaced former familiar classmates; In the brand-new post, our task has changed from learning knowledge to developing talents, our role has changed from passionate college students to dedicated company employees, and our position has changed from recipients of education to masters of skills. Many great changes require us to constantly adapt. But don't forget, there are still some things that we need to stick to. Consistent morality is still the norm of our behavior; The grand ideal is still our constant pursuit; Constant knowledge is still the driving force for our progress; Positive and enterprising, we still need to inherit. In such an important position, we should seriously participate in training, firmly master job skills, treat others positively, learn from others' strengths with an open mind, and strive to quickly grow into an excellent employee with progressive thinking, excellent skills and hard work that meets the requirements of the company!
