That building is called Winnie. Winnie Hotel is one of the tenth floors and a regular star-rated hotel. Sui Cheng and his or her club were bought on some floors of the building and rented as serviced apartments after renovation. This is not a formal hotel. Unlike a hotel, it doesn't have room service, so it has to take care of itself. There are washing machines, microwave ovens and other household facilities in the room. I went to see it last week. Their front desks are all separated.
