Ai 'an Temple, an ancient city in Langzhong, is said to have been built in the Tang Dynasty and is currently a national key protection unit. Anji has exquisite and bright murals, unique and exquisite sculptures, and vicissitudes and charm left by history ... According to the Records of Langzhong County, Ai 'an Temple was founded in Tang Dynasty, Yuan Dynasty and Jiajing Dynasty, and was rebuilt many times later. Ming Shenzong and Wanli decorated Buddha statues, and there is a cloud in the inscription of reloading Buddha statues: "Since the Tang Dynasty, Ai' an Temple was built, and Song Yingzong Zhiping was built for four years; In the three years from Ming Zong to Shun, the scale began to grow. In the Ming Dynasty, Yu Hongwu increased the old system, and his financial capacity changed greatly. It is also the ugly year of Jiajing, and those who become a monk will continue to make up for it. " Ai 'anji is located in Huangnigang (now Ai 'anji Village, Shuiguan Town), five miles east of Shuiguan Town, Langzhong City, more than 30 kilometers away from Langzhong City. Huangnigang, surrounded by mountains, is located at the end of Zhuge Mountain in the Dayi Mountain system of Daba Mountain, which looks like the head of Huanglong. Ai 'an Temple is built on its tap, and the Longtan River flows around the temple. Behind the temple, the rock rises like a dragon's forehead, and the stone is like a tongue, reaching straight to Longtan River. On the other side of the river is a high mountain called Guanzi Mountain. There is a temple on the top of the mountain. The morning glow and the evening glow complement each other, like a golden monk's crown. Surrounded by mountains and green trees, this temple is very quiet. Walking into Ai 'an Temple, it is a long and narrow quadrangular temple with three entrances, which consists of a mountain gate, a Guanyin Hall, east and west wings and a main hall. The main building is Daxiong Hall. On the two giant columns of the main hall, there are rolling dragon-holding columns and golden scales. There are three giant buddhas carved on the shrine of Daxiong Hall: Sakyamuni, Pharmacist Buddha and Amitabha Buddha. Eighteen arhats are carved on both sides. All the statues have natural postures and bright colors. There are colored paintings on the wall, dragons and dragons, and there are three inscriptions on the murals. There are more than 10 slant halls on both sides of the main hall, with Buddhist prayer halls, guest rooms and monk rooms on the left and Yamaraja in Ten Halls on the right. There is Guanyin Hall on the first floor and the second floor in front of the main hall. There is a tall statue of Guanyin carved with camphor wood in the hall, which is said to be a statue of the Tang Dynasty. There is a long and narrow courtyard dam between Daxiong Hall and Guanyin Hall. There are dozens of tall cypresses and ginkgo trees in the courtyard dam. Passing through Kannonji and a small courtyard, it is the mountain gate, and the Jin Mu plaque of Jian 'an Temple is hung on the mountain gate. There is the King's Hall at the mountain gate, and the bell and drum are on the second floor. The whole Anji Pavilion is made of cypress trees. Appraised by experts from the cultural relics department, the architecture, algae decoration, stone carving, wood carving, clay sculpture and painting of Ai 'an Temple are all excellent, which can be compared with Yongle Palace in Shaanxi.
