Is hotel grouping by star rating an attribute grouping?

Hotels are grouped by star rating rather than attribute grouping. The grades are divided into five levels, namely one star, two stars, three stars, four stars and five stars. The evaluation standards are:

1, one star. The equipment is simple and has the two most basic functions of food and accommodation. It can meet the simplest travel needs of guests and provide basic services.

2. Two stars. The facilities are average. In addition to basic facilities such as guest rooms and restaurants, there are also comprehensive service facilities such as a merchandise department, post and telecommunications, and hairdressing. The service quality is good, the fees are low, and it is economical.

3. Samsung. It is fully equipped, not only providing food and accommodation, but also comprehensive service facilities such as conference rooms, entertainment halls, bars, coffee shops, and beauty salons. Each room is about 20 square meters in size, fully furnished, equipped with refrigerator, color TV, etc. The service quality is better and the charging standards are higher. It can meet the needs of middle-class and above tourists.

4. Four stars. It has luxurious equipment, complete comprehensive service facilities, many service items, excellent service quality, pays attention to indoor environment art, and provides high-quality services. This kind of hotel is usually called a first-class hotel in the world, and the charges are generally very high.

5. Five stars. This is the highest level of tourist hotel. The equipment is very luxurious and the facilities are more complete. In addition to the luxurious room facilities, the service facilities are complete. A variety of restaurants, larger banquet halls, conference halls, and comprehensive services are relatively complete. The main contents of the grade classification include:

1. Comfort level: The comfort level comprehensively reflects the indoor and outdoor environment of the hotel. It includes many aspects, the most important of which is the location environment and garden conditions. Four-star and five-star luxury hotels often choose the best outdoor landscape, beautiful gardens, spacious driveways and parking lots, and convenient outdoor spaces. You can enjoy the surrounding scenery through the windows, and there is a garden for guests to rest and a place for communication.

2. Customer investment: In the 1970s, the popular investment for each five-star hotel (about 40 square meters) was between US$20,000 and US$55,000. By the 1980s, each client's investment reached more than $100,000. In the 21st century, with the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of consumption levels, this investment is still rising. At present, the decoration investment for each five-star standard room is RMB 100,000 (excluding facilities and public decoration).
