The project is located in Jinshazhou, a large-scale ecological high-end community in Guangzhou. Multiple expressways pass through this area, providing instant access to Hong Kong, Macao and other parts of the Pearl River Delta, and the transportation is convenient. Positioned as "China's No. 1 River View Luxury House", the project makes full use of the rich landform resources in its design. The terrain increases in a ladder-like manner from the riverside line inward, occupying topographic resources with mountains behind and water on the front.

The landscape design makes full use of the original topography of high in the west and low in the east to enrich the landscape level, and uses various landscape elements in the style of European royal gardens to create a noble community full of romantic feelings and European style.

The design reflects a solemn and noble atmosphere with a balanced and symmetrical strict and gorgeous layout. Stepping into the door, you will see the central axis garden landscape built along the slope. Large areas of green space, music and waterscapes, classical sculptures are scattered at random, European-style embroidered flower beds and special paved squares, making the entrance full of classical and solemn European royal garden style. . Pass through the porch and come to the central large lawn area. The axes on both sides guide the water strips. The neat rows of trees and the large lawn stretch in the center of the axis, providing a broad and grand sight. Behind the lawn, you can see directly in front of the hotel. It begins to gather and gathers a multi-level cascading water feature, interspersed with the central theme water feature of sculptural fountains. In the design, the processing methods of platform and sinking are used to make the spatial changes rich and relaxed, and at the same time, multiple spaces are created for the main residents to rest and communicate, fully showing the humane side of the community.
