1.2 The video live broadcast referred to in these Measures includes all video services on YY platforms such as free show, entertainment live broadcast, education live broadcast, game live broadcast, mobile phone live broadcast and financial live broadcast.

Second, the definition of violations between video live broadcast rooms

2. 1 YY anchor must abide by the following regulations, otherwise it will be punished. After the punishment is over, the anchor's failure to correct the violation will be regarded as another violation.

2. 1. 1 serious violation (Class A violation)

Serious violation refers to political, pornographic, illegal and other behaviors that seriously disrupt the order of YY video live broadcast platform.

Violation of the following provisions in live video constitutes a serious violation, including but not limited to:

1, it is strictly prohibited to make anti-party and anti-government remarks or to make acts of insulting and slandering the party and the country, such as:

(1) violates the basic principles determined by the Constitution;

(two) endangering national security, revealing state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;

(3) damaging the honor and interests of the state;

(4) Inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;

(5) sabotaging the state's religious policy and propagating cults and feudal superstitions;

(six) spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading violence, terror or abetting a crime;

(8) inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration or gathering people to disturb social order;

2. It is forbidden to have provocative performances or behaviors, such as striptease.

3. It is strictly forbidden to ridicule each other's performances or behaviors. For example, touching sensitive parts, performing actions that can make people have sexual fantasies, and performing in any touch form in bed.

4. It is forbidden to show sensitive parts of the body with sexual characteristics in various ways. Such as showing women's breasts, buttocks, inner thighs and reproductive organs, wearing perspective clothes, etc.

2. 1.2 General violation (Class B violation)

General violations refer to violations that disrupt the order of YY video live broadcast platform except serious violations.

Violation of the following provisions in live video constitutes a general violation, including but not limited to:

1, content supervision:

(1) Dating auction is prohibited;

(2) It is forbidden to organize VoIP for the purpose of harassment and teasing;

(3) It is forbidden to sing or play music with erotic and sexual implications;

*(4) It is forbidden for anchors without dance certification to dance in the video;

*(5) It is forbidden for men to cross strings;

*(6) It is forbidden to show drunkenness, deep sleep and other drunkenness in live broadcast after drinking;

*(7) It is forbidden to perform in various forms in bed;

(8) It is forbidden to play games, videos, pictures, paintings and design teaching with erotic and sexual hints.

*(9) Other vulgar performances are strictly prohibited.

2, the rules of action:

It is forbidden to show content that arouses people's sexual desire, leads to the corruption of ordinary people and has no artistic value; Including but not limited to the following:

(1) It is strictly forbidden to imitate any vulgar and pornographic actions or behaviors, which are seductive and provocative;

(2) It is forbidden to focus the lens on sexually sensitive parts, or touch or pull with sexual suggestion, or use props to attract the attention of the audience to sexually sensitive parts;

(4) It is forbidden to use props to imitate vulgar, pornographic and sexually suggestive actions during performances.

(2) It is forbidden to intentionally expose bras and underwear.

Violating the following regulations in live video will constitute a minor violation, including but not limited to:

* 1. It is strictly forbidden to wear the work uniforms of state organs and troops in People's Republic of China (PRC) (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) for live broadcast. Including police uniforms, military uniforms, industrial and commercial uniforms, procuratorate uniforms, court uniforms, urban management uniforms, road administration uniforms, etc.

*2, it is forbidden to continue to call names and abuse.

*3. It is forbidden to perform other types of performances that violate the relevant order norms of YY community.

*4. Smoking in front of the live camera is strictly prohibited (entertainment anchors and interactive game anchors violate the rules, which is not applicable to live game and educational anchors).

Third, the punishment measures for violations

3. 1 The anchor can only have a corresponding number of live viewers after paying a certain deposit. The specific correspondence is as follows:

Note: The current margin gradient refers to the gradient that the anchor margin balance can reach before each broadcast. If the deposit balance before the broadcast of the anchor is 1.200 yuan, then the deposit gradient of this live broadcast is 800 yuan gradient, which can accommodate up to 8,000 people. In the live broadcast process, the margin gradient does not change with the balance.

3.2 If the anchor violates the rules, points will be deducted according to the degree of anchor violation and the current margin gradient.

3.2. 1 Punishment for serious violation (Class A violation): The anchor seriously violates the rules, and the balance of the deposit account is deducted to 0 at one time, and all commissions of the current month are deducted, so the live broadcast is stopped. At the same time, freeze the account for nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine hours.

3.2.2 General violation punishment (Class B violation): If the anchor has general violation, then:

1) Margin deduction rules:

① Every day from 6: 00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day, counting as one day. If the general violation occurs for the first time in one day, the deposit of 10% will be deducted according to the current deposit gradient (the amount is recorded as a).

(2) When the anchor commits a general violation for the second time in one day, based on the current margin gradient, calculate the margin amount of 10% (marked as B), and compare it with the previous violation, take the higher value of A and B for deduction, and so on.

(3) If the amount of the deposit deducted each time is less than 20 yuan, 20 yuan shall be deducted;

(4) If the anchor deposit amount is less than 20 yuan, the deposit will be deducted to 0 after violation.

⑤ When the margin is 0, the live broadcast stops.

2) Commission deduction rules:

Deduct the corresponding percentage of commission in the current month according to the cumulative number of violations of Class B in the current month.

Monthly cumulative times 1 time, 2 times, 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, 6 times, 7 times, 8 times, 9 times ≥ 10 times.

3.2.3 Punishment for minor violation (Class C violation)

1) Margin deduction rules: same as Class B violations.

3.3 Anchors without margin will be punished accordingly if they violate the rules. (Please be careful to anchor the OW channel)

3.3. 1 Punishment for serious violation (Class A violation):

1) If the anchor violates Class A rules, the account nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine hours will be frozen and the channel will be punished accordingly;

2) channel punishment rules:

According to the cumulative number of class A violations, the corresponding channel punishment duration will be implemented.

Cumulative times 1 time, 2 times, 3 times and 4 times.

The punishment duration is locked for 24 hours, locked for 168 hours, locked for 720 hours and frozen for 2880 hours.

3.3.2 General violation punishment (Class B violation):

1) If the illegal anchor is channel OW, the channel 1 hour will be locked and it is forbidden to enter the channel;

2) The illegal anchor of non-channel OW will be punished by not entering the channel for 30 minutes.

3.3.3 Punishment for minor violation (Class C violation): same as Class B violation.

3.4 If there is any violation during the free show of Lianmai video, corresponding punishment will be made according to the violation of the anchor.

3.4. 1 Show the Lianmai video for free (A initiates Lianmai to B). If B violates the rules,

1)b If there is a deposit, it will be punished according to 3.2;

2) If B has no deposit, it will be punished according to 3.3;

3.4.2 Party A (Lianmai promoter) will be punished jointly and severally.

1)a If there is a deposit, it will be punished according to 3.2;

2) If A has no deposit, it will be punished according to 3.3.2;

3.5 The regulation marked with * will trigger a pop-up warning instead of punishment when the anchor violates the rules for the first time;

Each rule marked with * has only one warning opportunity, and there are still violations after the warning, and corresponding penalties will be imposed according to the violations of the anchor;
