According to the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the characteristics of decoration in this city, on the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensus, Party A and Party B reach the following agreement on matters related to Party B's contract for Party A's storefront decoration project (hereinafter referred to as the project):
Article 1 General situation of the project

Article 2 Work of Party A
2. 1 On the principle of not affecting the construction, create conditions for Party B to enter the site for construction three days before the commencement.
2.2 Provide construction water and electricity free of charge.
2.3 Be responsible for the commencement procedures of the real estate department and the related expenses that the owner should pay.
2.4 Abide by the rules and regulations of the property management department.
2.5 Responsible for coordinating the relationship between the site construction team and the neighborhood.
2.6 The following behaviors are not allowed:
(1) It is forbidden to change the main body and load-bearing structure of the house at will.
(2) It is forbidden to open doors and windows on the external wall or expand the size of the original doors and windows, and dismantle the wall connecting the balcony doors and windows.
(3) It is forbidden to destroy the waterproof layer on the toilet floor, and dismantle the pipeline facilities such as heat, heating and gas.
2.7 Participate in the supervision of project quality and construction progress, and participate in project data, concealed works and completion acceptance.
2.8 During the construction period, if Party A thinks that Party B's construction personnel are not qualified for the renovation work due to reasons such as technology level, work attitude and personality, Party A has the right to replace the construction personnel.
Article 3 Party B's Work
3. 1 The construction party must consciously supply materials according to the contract and check the material quality and construction quality on site; The materials designated by Party A can only be used after being inspected by the construction party (the construction party cannot shirk the construction quality problem by the quality problem of the materials provided by the owner).
3.2 After the following key processes are completed, the construction party shall notify Party A for acceptance 48 hours in advance, and the next process can only be carried out after the acceptance is qualified: a. Materials enter the site? B, concealed engineering C, waterway and circuit reconstruction D, waterproof engineering and water retaining experiment E, joinery base material engineering F, panel, wood line, solid wood sealing G, primer, topcoat H, wall surface and top surface foundation treatment I, ceiling keel panel J, plate paving at various parts? K. Mid-term acceptance of the project L. Overall completion acceptance of the project; If the above subdivisional work is not accepted by the supervisor, the construction unit will carry out the construction of the next procedure without authorization, and the construction party will be responsible for the material loss.
3.3 Electricians, plumbers and other special types of work must hold relevant certificates, and can only be employed after passing the examination.
3.4? During the construction, Party B shall abide by the construction safety operation rules, be responsible for the safety management of the construction site, and take necessary safety protection and fire control measures to ensure the safety of personnel and avoid the loss of Party A's house (shop) and other property. Party B shall not occupy public space or damage facilities in public areas during the construction period. All safety accidents, civil and criminal responsibilities of Party B's engineering construction personnel during the construction period shall be borne by Party B. ..
3.5 Party B's construction personnel shall work hard, and shall not smoke, drink or spit in the store, while keeping the store clean and hygienic. If Party A's facilities, equipment and completed parts of the store are damaged and any other losses are caused by the negligence of construction personnel, Party B shall be responsible for compensation and bear all responsibilities. At the same time, Party B shall strengthen the protection of finished products in the construction process, especially take necessary protective measures for the glass products and painting works that have completed the last process, and the expenses shall be borne by Party B. If the damage is caused by improper protection of Party B's finished products, Party B shall be responsible for repairing and restoring the original state. If it is really irrecoverable, it must be compensated at the original price or deducted from the project payment.
3.6 The water mixing rate of wall top coating should be strictly controlled within the scope allowed by the instruction. If Party B increases the water mixing rate without authorization during the construction, Party A has the right to require Party B to uproot the original wall and repaint the same type of paint. All relevant expenses shall be borne by Party B, and the construction period shall not be postponed.
3.7 The installation of facilities and equipment can only be carried out after Party A confirms the installation location and mode. Without Party A's confirmation, if there are problems that do not meet Party A's requirements after installation, Party B shall make rectification unconditionally and bear the losses caused thereby.
3.8 When Party B carries out circuit construction, the wiring shall be reasonable, and the lines passing through the same location shall be wrapped with the same pipe or sheath line, and the construction length shall be calculated as a single pipe, not separately. The circuit transformation scheme must be signed and approved by Party A, otherwise Party A has the right to require Party B to carry out transformation according to Party A's wishes, and all expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B. ..
3.9 The construction period is 20 days. If the construction period is delayed due to Party B's reasons, it will be fined 100 yuan for each day of delay.
4.0 Before the project construction, Party B shall go through the formalities of relevant departments (such as urban management), and the expenses shall also be borne by Party B. ..
Article 4 Material supply
4. 1 The materials and auxiliary materials purchased by Party B must be approved by Party A. Quantity list: various plates, keel, hydropower materials, cement, rubber, putty powder, etc. Must comply with the material brand agreement in the project quotation and purchase from formal channels. When the materials enter the site, Party B must notify Party A for verification. Party B must show Party A the purchase voucher (invoice or shopping list) of the materials and submit it to Party A for verification. Party A has the right to verify the authenticity of the materials from the manufacturer or distributor. If it is found that the materials provided by Party B are fake and shoddy products or products that do not meet the standards and regulations of the state, local authorities and relevant ministries, Party B must promptly replace them with products agreed in the contract or other qualified products with the same price recognized by Party A, and compensate Party A at twice the market price of the materials agreed in the contract; If Party B can provide legally recognized evidence, which fully proves that it is the supplier's responsibility, Party A can handle it as appropriate according to the specific circumstances.
4.2 The materials and equipment designated by Party A shall be used in this project. Without the consent of Party A, Party B has no right to change the materials designated by Party A without authorization. If problems are found, Party A shall promptly raise them with Party A, and Party A shall take remedial measures such as replacement and supplement.
4.5 Party B must collect, transport and pile up the garbage generated in the decoration process in time at the place designated by the property department.
4.7 All materials, tools and instruments in this contract except those specified by Party A (see Annex III) shall be provided by Party B, and relevant expenses have been included in the total contract price.
Article 5 Project Acceptance and Warranty
The project quality acceptance shall conform to the national standards, and the final acceptance result shall be subject to the owner's acceptance result.
5. 1 During the construction process, the project quality shall be jointly accepted in the following stages:
(1) Material acceptance;
(2) Acceptance of concealed works;
(3) Completion acceptance.
5.2 After the completion of the project, Party B shall notify Party A for acceptance, and Party A shall organize acceptance within 5 days after receiving the completion acceptance notice. After the acceptance, submit the drawings of hydropower transformation, and both parties shall go through the handover procedures.
5.3 Engineering negotiation record: The changes confirmed by both parties in the whole process shall be accompanied by drawings when necessary.
5.4 Before the completion acceptance by both parties, Party B shall be responsible for protecting the safety of finished products and the project site.
Article 6 Method of payment for project funds
6. 1 After the project is completed, Party B shall notify Party A for acceptance, and Party A shall organize acceptance within 5 days after receiving the completion acceptance notice. And settle within 30 days from the second day after acceptance. ?
6.2 After the acceptance of the project, Party A shall review the project settlement book submitted by Party B and make settlement according to the actual project amount.
6.3 Decoration quality deposit is 8% of the total amount. If there is no engineering quality problem within one year from the date of completion, Party A will refund the quality deposit to Party B. If there is any quality problem, Party B will be notified to carry out maintenance, and all expenses will be borne by Party B; If Party B doesn't come for maintenance, Party A will use this warranty money for maintenance.
6.4 Party A and Party B shall pay the deposit and various fees payable respectively according to the regulations of the residential property management department; At the same time, Party B is responsible for paying the relevant expenses for handling the construction personnel's pass. The fines caused by Party B's work mistakes shall be borne by Party B. Party B shall be responsible for the approval and filing procedures of the design scheme. If Party B fails to go through the relevant formalities in time, Party B shall bear the construction delay and other expenses.
6.5 In the project, if the project is not increased by the owner's will, or the construction team's mistake or intentional omission does not increase the project payment, the owner needs to refer to the single quotation in the contract to increase the project price.
6.6 Quotation scope of this contract: The content of decoration works shall be subject to the annex. This area is not approved by both parties, and is for reference only, and no additional expenses will be incurred before the end of the project.
Article 7 Supplementary Provisions
7. 1 This contract shall come into force after being signed by both parties.
7.2 After signing this contract, the project shall not be subcontracted.
7.3 Where the performance of the Contract is affected or losses are caused due to reasons not attributable to both parties, both parties shall settle the matter through consultation on the principle of fairness.
7.4 This contract will be automatically terminated upon completion of performance.
