How to thaw steak quickly

Steaks can be thawed with cold salt water, thawed in a thawing tray and thawed in a microwave oven quickly.

Methods 1: Thaw with cold saline.

First put the frozen meat in the refrigerator 1-2 hours, and the steak begins to soften, then drain the salt water and thaw it completely. Method 2: Thawing plate thaws.

Put it on the defrosting board for about five minutes, the steak has begun to soften, but remember to turn it over so that both sides can be thawed evenly. The price of thawing board is high or low. Method 3: Thaw in microwave oven.

The advantage of microwave thawing is that it takes a short time and is generally used in western food stores. It usually only takes a few minutes. The advanced microwave oven also has its own defrosting function, which is convenient and fast. The principle is that the water molecules in frozen meat vibrate and rub through microwaves, thus generating heat to raise the temperature of frozen meat, so as to achieve the purpose of thawing from the outside to the inside. The disadvantage of microwave thawing is that the heating time should be carefully controlled, otherwise excessive heating will make some frozen meat cooked.
