Where does Cai Ma Community belong?

Caima Community is located to the north of Shenban Road, adjacent to Shanxian Community to the south, 1 km from Gongchen Bridge to the west, adjacent to Gaoting Dam to the east, and separated from the Junjiabang River to the north. It has a mouth-shaped terrain and an area of ??1.2 square kilometers. The community is a community that was officially established on September 12, 2003. It has 353 households with 1,152 permanent residents and nearly 5,000 temporary residents. There are 3 branches under the general party branch of the community (the first branch, the second branch and the enterprise retreat branch), with 65 party members and 14 community workers. Within the jurisdiction, there are many enterprises and institutions such as Nader Liberty Hotel, Yirong Hotel, Shirui Building, and Weiner Hotel, as well as many colleges and universities such as Zhejiang University City College and Shuren University.

At present, the community has complete hardware facilities and perfect functions. It has 2,000 square meters of office space and has "five rooms, four stations, two columns, a home, a school and a place" including: community hall, neighborhood committee office, party building Activity rooms and cultural and fitness activity venues. In order to better serve residents, our community has carried out a series of work based on reality and centered on people's livelihood in recent years. Community home-based elderly care has created unique features, and the centralized support model has been widely recognized. There is also a strong atmosphere of filial piety and respect for the elderly in the area. For two consecutive years, a resident has been awarded the title of Moral Model of Gongshu District. The community has successively won the honorary titles of: National Cultural Demonstration Advanced Community, Zhejiang Province Standardized Community for Aging Work, Zhejiang Province Advanced Health Unit, Hangzhou City Advanced Health Unit, and Hangzhou City Civilized Community.

Caima Community is adjacent to Guashan Community, Hongjianhe Community, Gaoting Community, Shaoxing Road Community, Shanxian Community, Qigudeng Community, Gongchen Community, Jiashan Road Community and Bazhangjing Community .

On January 14, 2019, Zhejiang Province’s 2018 list of “Provincial Democratic and Legal Villages (Communities)” was released, and Caima Community was on the list.

Caima Community is nearby the Hangzhou Section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal (canal scenic spot), Hangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum, Hangzhou Xiangji Temple, Fuyi Cang, Gongchen Bridge and other tourist attractions.
