One of the reasons why hotels can maintain full-time IT in the shortest time is that they can deal with such problems, otherwise, telecom service providers should handle or outsource them.

3. Deal with the computer, printer, network and software failures of all departments in time to ensure the stable operation of all business in the hotel.

4. Assign the system permissions of employees, make records for the record, and handle the system accounts of resigned employees in time.

5. Maintain various servers in the computer room, such as guest room control system, hotel management system, catering management system, monitoring storage system, wake-up system, internal telephone system, warehouse management system, emergency power supply system in the computer room, air conditioning system in the computer room, IPTV TV system, etc. Work content: clean dust, check running status, check backup and replace faulty hardware.

6. Configuration and maintenance of intelligent equipment in guest rooms, maintenance of audio and television systems (in some hotels, this part of the work is completed by the engineering department, but in many hotels, the computer room is managed by the engineering department).

7. Keep good communication with the local network supervision department, at the same time, do a good job in guest online authentication, and keep guest online log records according to the requirements of the network supervision department.

8. Deploy the system and software used by the hotel with certain genuine software, deploy a certain proportion of genuine software according to the actual situation of the hotel, and make a continuous deployment plan.
