In order to do a good job in the safe and orderly resumption of work during the epidemic prevention and control of service enterprises in the whole region, Zichuan District has specially formulated a work plan for the safe and orderly resumption of work during the epidemic prevention and control of service enterprises in accordance with relevant national, provincial and municipal policies and regulations:

Types of industries that start business and return to work: According to the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control of service enterprises in the whole region, business units are divided into three types: immediate opening, orderly opening and temporary closure.

Instant business units: including wholesale and retail, transportation and logistics, communication and finance and other non-personnel gathering industries necessary for production and life. Under the premise of ensuring epidemic prevention and control, business units should open their doors and resume work quickly.

Orderly open units: including farmers' markets, pharmacies, wholesale markets, shopping malls, hotel catering and housekeeping services, intermediary services, barbershops, laundries, auto repair shops, home appliance maintenance and other life services closely related to people's lives. Business units shall carry out business and resume work under the premise of strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control measures.

Units temporarily closed: including beauty salons, tea houses, chess rooms, mahjong halls, script killers, Internet cafes, bars, KTV, theaters, gyms, gyms, swimming pools and other non-essential closed places, as well as student and children's custody institutions and offline education and training institutions. Business units are temporarily closed to the public.

Time for business opening and resumption of work: The time for business opening and resumption of work of the immediate and orderly business opening unit is 24: 00 on March 23, 2022, and the time for business opening and resumption of work of the temporarily closed unit will be determined separately according to the epidemic prevention and control situation.

The basic conditions for applying for opening and resuming work: immediate opening and orderly opening. Institutions apply to the town where they are located, make a commitment, and start business and resume work after the town is qualified.

Service enterprises: When starting business and returning to work, they should formulate epidemic prevention and control plans, establish employee investigation accounts, have necessary prevention and control facilities and materials, and thoroughly clean and disinfect the business premises.

Service enterprises under regulations: each town shall organize the implementation according to the acceptance conditions of service enterprises under regulations.

Enterprises should strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, strict staff management and business management, and strictly disinfect public areas such as office areas and business premises as required to keep the environment clean and tidy. Clear emergency measures and disposal procedures for epidemic prevention and control, and do a good job in emergency disposal.

Towns and industry departments should strictly urge business units to implement normalized epidemic prevention and control measures, and those who have not taken prevention and control measures and started business without approval should be ordered to stop work and suspend business.
