Everything in the room is arranged according to the Zen in Lin Binghui's heart. Simple small low table, plain tatami and paper lanterns, with warm yellow lights, are in harmony with nature and echo the landscape. Everything is carefully designed.
For catering, Lin Binghui deviated from the routine. Since you can't cook, let's "do it with your heart". But in order to satisfy this "heart", he traveled all over the country and learned to cook with many masters. Cooking, such as making tea, should be extreme and natural.
Finally, he realized that the most delicious food is just eating it from time to time, and eating fresh, simple and pure is the greatest respect for food.
So he invited the four seasons to the kitchen.
In spring, there will be fresh bamboo shoots just broken from the bamboo forest in the morning; In summer, there are bitter melons with dew in the melon shed.

Perhaps for Lin Binghui, mountains, water, tea and lotus flowers are enough.
