When I get to the hotel, how can I get the money back after I guarantee it with a credit card at the front desk?

To use a credit card as a guarantee, you need to provide the following information about the credit card: card number, type, expiration date, cardholder's name, and card number held by the cardholder when handling the credit card.

After the credit card guarantee is successful, your mobile phone will receive a freezing message with the same amount as your first night room rate, but please rest assured that your money has not been deducted. After successfully staying in the hotel, the funds will be automatically unfrozen.

Liability after credit card guarantee:

Once secured by a credit card, it means that your order cannot be changed or cancelled. If you can't stay after the guarantee because of the change of visa, the hotel has the right to deduct the first night's room rate as liquidated damages through the credit card company!
