2. Quasi-sphere center polishing method. High-speed polishing uses high spindle speed and high pressure to improve polishing efficiency. The equipment used in high-speed polishing machines is designed with a quasi-sphere center method (there are also some fake quasi-sphere center polishers, and there are also flat-swing polishers that use air pressure to increase pressure to act as high-speed polishers). Since the polishing film material is relatively hard and has good wear resistance, the frequency of polishing film modification is small and the technical requirements for operators are low. New workers who have undergone simple training can take up the job.

3. Fan Cheng method polishing method. Fan Chengfa high-speed polishing machine is designed like a milling machine. The workpiece is mounted on the main shaft. The polishing film rotates at high speed on the auxiliary shaft like a grinding wheel to polish the workpiece. The two axes do not swing. The design concept of this polishing machine is very good, but it requires very high manufacturing accuracy. Due to cost constraints, this polishing machine cannot be widely used at present.
