Are China-Africa Friendship Wharf and Yingbin Peninsula in the same direction?

There is a quiet bay in Hainan, China, and that is Yingbin Peninsula. There is a China-Africa friendship pier. On one side of the pier, Yongqing Temple is adjacent to the sea. At sunrise, the Buddha's light in the east, and the sound of chanting in the morning came. On the other side of the pier is the West Coast Hotel, where there are hot springs and beaches. The sea is clear and the beaches are continuous, and jellyfish and small fish can swim here.
