Why can’t hotels allow adult children to share a standard room with their parents?

This issue has different rationalities from different angles. The following is my opinion:

1. Hotels have the right to formulate accommodation regulations, but they must be legal, reasonable and fair.

2. Hotels should formulate clear accommodation regulations so that consumers can fully understand them.

3. Not allowing adult children to live in the same room as their parents may cause some consumers to feel inconvenienced and dissatisfied.

4. Some families may need to stay in the same standard room due to financial or other reasons, and the hotel should take these situations into consideration.

5. For some elderly parents, they may travel with their adult children, but they may not be comfortable with separate accommodation.

6. Hotels should provide different accommodation options for different needs, such as allowing adult children to stay in the same room as their parents.

7. For hotels that do not allow adult children to stay in the same room as their parents, they should provide suitable solutions, such as a combination of double and single beds.

8. In terms of regulations, hotels should follow laws and industry standards. If some regulations are illegal or unreasonable, consumers have the right to protect their rights and interests.

9. It is understandable that some hotels may not allow adult children to stay in the same room as their parents to maintain cleanliness and safety.

10. Ultimately, hotels should respect consumers’ choices and provide a comfortable and safe accommodation environment.
