District Junxuan is a native of Jiangmen, Chaolian Street, Pengjiang District. Since primary school, District Junxuan has shown good sports talent. When he graduated from primary school, Qu Junxuan was over 1.7 meters tall. At first, Qu Junxuan was not interested in basketball, but his father, Qu Zhuochi, thought that Qu Junxuan was taller than his peers and fit for playing basketball, so he advised him to give it a try. So, he sent Qu Junxuan to a basketball school in Dongguan to study.

district junxuan once participated in the China men's basketball match on behalf of the school, in which U15 and U16 won the national championship for two consecutive years and were elected as the best players in the school for two consecutive years. He received an acceptance letter from the American high school Mengnuo School, and received a half scholarship to attend the school.
