Hotel interior design project design

1, design summary:

The design summary is set by the hotel according to the hotel planning requirements such as the number of rooms, catering type and meeting space of each project.

2, the use of design standards:

Facility summary and subsequent facility schedule form the basis of hotel design and applicable control design standards. The design summary and facility schedule are combined with specific applicable design standards to become the guide of hotel design. In addition, government decrees, building codes and regulations, as well as the status quo of the base and local environmental factors will affect the hotel design.

Hotel design procedures:

1. The design of the project shall meet the requirements of the hotel:

It must pass a series of audits and the approval of drawings and materials submitted by designers. Audit procedures are as follows:

A: Hotel Development Committee (HDC): Every project must be approved by the hotel HDC. Any difference between the proposed project and the hotel standard should be discussed by the Committee.

A: HDC will evaluate the differences between the hotel design standards and the hotel design standards, and measure the economic benefits that the project can bring to the company.

Once the project is approved by HDC, the architectural and interior design will pass the HDR review process.

B: Hotel Design Review Committee (HDR): Each project must be submitted to the hotel HDR Committee, which is composed of the hotel's senior administrative leaders.

2, design review requirements:

At each stage of design, the hotel shall submit and approve the design documents. The hotel stipulates that the architectural design and interior design of each project must be formally submitted to HDR Committee for approval.

A: Before being formally submitted to the Committee, hotel design managers need to review the submitted design and related materials in advance.

B: The submitted design and materials may need to be revised before the hotel approves them.

C: If the submitted design materials do not have enough time for the hotel manager to review and modify them in advance, it is likely to delay the formal review.

D: Architectural design and interior design are submitted in sequence respectively.

E: Usually, the interior design is submitted for review several months after the architectural design is approved, depending on the initial expansion progress.

3. Submit design documents:

The project design team shall submit the design documents and materials according to the requirements listed in the Technical Service Contract (TSA). It usually includes general plan, facility schedule, building plan and renderings, model, elevator analysis, energy/life cycle analysis, interior design plan and renderings, and material samples.

4. Room sample room:

The construction of walkways for different types of guest rooms and 4m long guest rooms shall be completed and approved by the hotel.
