Provisions of Labor Law on National Day Holiday at Hotel Front Desk

According to "national holidays and anniversaries"

Article 1 These Measures are formulated for the purpose of unifying holiday arrangements for national festivals and anniversaries.

Article 2 Holidays for all citizens:

(a) the New Year, holiday 1 day (10/day);

(two) the Spring Festival, a holiday of 3 days (the first day of the first month, the second day, the third day);

(3) Tomb-Sweeping Day, holiday 1 day (the day of the Qingming Festival);

(4) Labor Day, holiday 1 day (May 1 day);

(5) Dragon Boat Festival, holiday 1 day (the day of Dragon Boat Festival in the lunar calendar);

(6) Mid-Autumn Festival, holiday 1 day (the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival in the lunar calendar);

According to the Notice of General Office of the State Council on the Holiday Arrangements of Part 20 16,

1. New Year's Day: 65438+ 10/holiday, even weekends.

2. Spring Festival: 7 days from February 7 to 13. Go to work on February 6th (Saturday) and February14th (Sunday).

3. Tomb-Sweeping Day: There is a holiday on April 4th, even on weekends.

4. Labor Day: May 1 holiday, with a supplementary holiday on May 2nd (Monday).

6. Mid-Autumn Festival: from September 15 to September 17, with a three-day holiday. Go to work on Sunday in September 18.

According to labor law

Article 40 During the following festivals, the employing unit shall arrange employees' holidays according to law:

(1) New Year's Day;

(2) Spring Festival;

(3) International Labor Day;

(4) National Day;

(five) other holidays as prescribed by laws and regulations.

Article 44 Under any of the following circumstances, the employing unit shall pay wages higher than the wages of the workers during their normal working hours according to the following standards:

(1) If the laborer is arranged to work longer hours, he shall be paid no less than 150% of the salary;

(2) If workers are arranged to work on rest days but cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, they shall be paid a salary of not less than 200% of their wages;

(3) If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.
