China's architectural translation technology has been used since 1960s, first in Northeast China and Wuhan, and then widely spread throughout the country. 1997, Nanjing successfully moved a four-story office building 60 meters and turned 90 degrees near Jiangnan Hotel. In the process of translation, due to some special measures, the water and electricity supply of this office building is normal, and the staff has not stopped working for a day.

It is understood that at present, Chinese engineers and technicians have newly invented the translation technology of air cushion and liquid cushion, that is, winding a rubber tube at the bottom of the building, filling it with gas or liquid, and then completing the translation through indexing force. In this way, many old wooden bridges on Shanghai-Nanjing line 10 were all replaced by reinforced concrete bridges, and the whole construction time only took 1.5 hours. This technology has passed the expert review, adding a new method for the whole translation of buildings in the world.
