Twenty years. According to the inquiry of official website, Zhanjiang Municipal People's Government, Zhanjiang Old Nature Hotel has been in operation for 20 years and was demolished on July 30, 2020. Zhanjiang City, a prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province, formerly known as "Guangzhou Bay" or "Port City", is located at the southernmost tip of Chinese mainland and southwest of Guangdong Province, with a tropical northern monsoon climate. Adjusted by the marine climate throughout the year, there is no severe cold in winter and no intense heat in summer, which is rich in subtropical crops and seafood resources.
