Planning and Construction of Yufa Town

Because Yufa Town has many conditions and foundations to form a new town in the suburbs of Beijing, from 65438 to 0994, the Beijing Municipal Government identified Yufa Town as one of the first ten key construction pilot small towns, and in the same year, it was identified as one of the key construction small towns in China by the Ministry of Construction, and a series of supporting policies such as land policy and household registration policy were given. 1March, 1995, under the support and leadership of the municipal and district planning departments and well-known domestic urban planning and design experts, combined with Beijing's overall urban planning and the reality of Yufa Town, and in accordance with the urban ecology theory of 2 1 century and the principle of "urban and rural planning, rational layout, environmental protection priority and sustainable development", the planning and construction of Yufa New Town began.

The planning of Yufa New Town is mainly composed of industrial land area, tourist resort area, high-grade residential area and comprehensive supporting area, with a planned area of 1649 hectares, which is the core area of the town. The farmland and woodland around it are not only the resource hinterland of related industries, but also the natural ecological support system of central towns, thus forming a new ecological system of sustainable development of modern towns with interdependent and coordinated development of towns and villages, man and nature, economy and society. After several years of construction, 4 19 hectares of industrial land has completed the infrastructure development and construction, and achieved "eight connections and one leveling" for roads, water supply, drainage, electricity, telecommunications, heat, gas and broadband networks, with a total investment of 300 million yuan. Among them, the "four vertical and six horizontal" road 2 1 km was completed; Construction of water supply and drainage pipeline 2 1 km; Construction of waterworks with daily water supply of 30,000 cubic meters 1 seat; Built 1 80MW central heating station; The green area is 460,000 square meters. There are still 248 hectares of land with room for development;

Relying on 10,000 mu of forest in Yufa and 850 hectares of tourist resort, a number of large-scale leisure tourist sites have been built, such as the largest third-generation Beijing Wildlife Park, the World Arena, the five-star bear entertainment city, the Fu Lily Holiday Hotel, etc., which attracted more than1million people in 2003. At present, there are still 550 hectares of land with development space;

Yufa high-grade residential area is the only high-grade residential area in the southern suburbs of Beijing approved by the Beijing Municipal People's Government that meets the control regulations of the municipal government. The development area will reach 180 hectares. Relying on the unique geothermal resources in Yufa area and the rural landscape in Lin Yuan, a unique environment-friendly green villa area will be formed to show the brand-new style and humanistic environment of the new town in the suburbs of Beijing.

The comprehensive service area is the residential office area, commercial and financial area and science, education, culture and health area of Yufa New Town. With a planned area of 200 hectares, the construction task of 4 1% has been completed, and the supporting systems of modern supermarkets, star-rated hotels, schools, hospitals, finance, postal services and telecommunications are sound.

In addition, Yufa Town combines the natural resources of Green Sea Sweet Garden to develop ecological agriculture and sightseeing agriculture, and 12 kinds of agricultural products in the town have passed the green (organic) food certification.

Yufa Town has formed a new type of ecological infrastructure in the suburbs of Beijing, with industry gathering, industry promoting employment, environment supporting tourism and people flow supporting economic development and social prosperity.
