When did Teresa Teng die?

On May 8, 1995, Teresa Teng stayed at the Mae Bin Hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Chiang Mai has a mild and hot and humid climate, and has always been a favorite holiday destination for people from all over the world. Because Teresa Teng believed deeply in Tantric Buddhism at that time, she went to Chiang Mai many times to worship Buddha and hope to obtain enlightenment. Unexpectedly, this place that she was used to visiting would cause Teresa Teng to suffer from an unexpected asthma attack, putting her in a life-or-death dilemma at around 5 pm on May 8. At 17:30 on May 8, 1995, Teresa Teng finally left her family and fans around the world and passed away.
