1) The all-around mechanic is an independent type of work in the engineering department, which can be directly managed by the manager of the civil engineering decoration department. Daily management is included in the category of equipment technology management. It consists of a team leader and several versatile technicians. (2) All-round mechanics should carry out periodic maintenance on hotel rooms and public areas as planned. The work of the all-around mechanic should be limited to a single maintenance time of no more than 4 hours, and the work with a maintenance time of more than 4 hours should be transferred to the engineering department by the group leader of the all-around mechanic and sent to the corresponding special maintenance work. (3) All-round technicians should have many years of service and comprehensive skills, be familiar with the equipment and facilities of our shop, have a strong sense of responsibility, have good ideological and moral character and interpersonal relationships, be willing to learn and have a bright future. (4) In order to facilitate the work, necessary tools, spare parts, accessories and special working vehicles should be provided, and an independent studio should be provided for them to carry out some repair work that is inconvenient to operate in public business places, and some spare parts, tools and vehicles should be stored. All-around technicians should wear customized work clothes in accordance with the unified regulations of the hotel when on duty. (5) Continuously improve the technical level of all-round technicians. Generally, the re-certification of all-round technicians is set once every two years. All-round technicians should adopt the post competition mechanism to promote the continuous improvement of all-round technicians' skills.
