An applicant enterprise or individual can submit an application in two ways:

(a) you can directly submit the application form for tobacco monopoly retail license (renewal) and other application materials to the accreditation office of the tobacco monopoly bureau where the business place is located; (2) You can apply online directly in the column of "Online Office" through the login system.

Step 2 accept

In the process of acceptance, if the applicant's application matters fall within the statutory functions and powers of the tobacco monopoly bureau at the corresponding level, and the application materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, or the applicant submits all the corrected application materials as required, the tobacco monopoly bureaus at all levels shall accept the application and serve the Notice of Acceptance of Administrative License with special seal on the applicant, and the tobacco monopoly bureaus at all levels shall be responsible for serving the Notice of No Administrative License with special seal on the applicant.

3. Field verification

1. It has funds suitable for the retail business of tobacco products; 2. Having a fixed business place; 3. Meet the requirements of reasonable distribution of tobacco products retail outlets; 4. Other conditions stipulated by the administrative department of tobacco monopoly in the State Council (State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau).
